All items are made to order therefore it usually takes up to 28 days to order materials and make your jewellery. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our very best to get the order to you as soon as possible!
Payment can be made via paypal or by cheque or postal order made payable to L Glover.
Refunds are only possible if the item is damaged or faulty. Feel free to contact us or order samples before you place your order to make sure you are completely happy.
All items are posted first class recorded in the bespoke packaging pictured above.
